The fresh move follows the allegations of constitutional breaches levelled against the state Chief Judge, Justice Suleiman Dikko in the composition of the seven-man probe panel which cleared the governor.
The House has already petitioned the National Judicial Council (NJC) noting that Dikko contravened section 188(5) of the 1999 constitution by appointing two partisan politicians and public office holder on the probe panel.
If the Dikko is found to have contravened the section, the NJC may be either ask to vacate his seat or ask to constitute a new panel of investigation.
In anticipation of new probe panel, the 20 pro-impeachment lawmakers have already prepared fresh allegations against the governor.
