Ibadan - Former governor of Oyo State, Adebayo Alao-Akala on Monday dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the Labour Party (LP), reports Tribune.
He said the decision to join the Labour Party was made based on the demand by his teeming supporters to quit PDP.
He accused the leadership of the PDP of insincerity and injustice.
He noted that there was no basis for him and his supporters to remain in PDP after the party refused to toe the line of truth.

He denied ever participating in Monday’s PDP guber primary, which produced Teslim Folarin as the party’s candidate for the 2015 election.
