Abuja - Senators planning to impeach President Goodluck Jonathan have set December 16 as the date to commence the process, reports Punch.
The Senate is currently on break to allow members to participate in their respective political parties’ congresses.
Senators are expected to resume on December 16.

Senator Alkali Jajere, the arrowhead of the Jonathan-Must-Go in the Senate, said the motion for the impeachment of the President would be tabled before the Senate on the said date.
Jajere said two more senators had indicated interest to sign the impeachment motion thereby increasing the number of signatories to 65.
