Yola - 10 out of the 14 governorship aspirants seeking to fly the Peoples Democratic Party flag in the Adamawa governorship election have formed a united front against the remaining four candidates– Buba Marwa, Nuhu Ribadu, Markus Gundiri and Dr.Ahmed Modibbo
They have vowed to resist external influence in the process of electing party flagbearer in the governorship bye election, reports Daily Trust.

The ten aspirants are Ahmadu Fintiri, Ahmad Gulak, Senator Abubakar Girei, Jerry Kumdisi, Dr. Umar Ardo, General AA Kamah (rtd), Dr. Idi Hong, Awwal Tukur, Ambassador James Shuaibu Barka and Andrawus Sawa .
Spoke person of the group, Ahmad Gulak said they have formed the united front for the purpose of having a peaceful election.
He vowed that they would vehemently resist any attempt to impose a candidate outside the 10 aspirants who had already formed the united front.
