Abuja - Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar will on Wednesday declare his intention to contest the 2015 Presidential election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The formal declaration which will be done at the Yar’adua Centre in Abuja marks the end of months of consultations by the former Vice President, reports the Guardian.

The former vice president had in the past contested the presidency against the late President Shehu Musa Yar’adua in 2007 and President Goodluck Jonathan in 2011.
He will slug it out with former Head of State, Muhammadu Buhari, and Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso for the APC ticket.
