19 October 2015, 16:28

Audu said his life is under threat from supporters of the PDP.

Audu in a statement through his campaign organisation alleged that some hoodlums apprehended at Ejule in Ofu Local Government Area of the state by men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad were on a mission to attack him.

He warned the PDP to stop using undemocratic means to continue to remain in power in the state.

But in a swift reaction, the PDP debunked the allegation, saying the APC is only crying foul.

The party’s Publicity Secretary in the state, Bode Ogunmola, said the party already enjoyed the support of the masses and did not need to resort to violence to win election.

He alleged that it was the APC  in the state that was planning evil ahead of the forthcoming election.
