Abuja - Ahead of the 2015 general elections, political leaders from smaller political parties in the country have regrouped to form a political movement called Credible Alternative Alliance, reports Punch.
Proponents of the movement include a former Governor of old Kaduna State, Balarabe Musa; a renowned elder statesman, Dr. Tunji Brathwaite, and a former Minister of Finance, Olu Falae.
Musa said CAA was formed to defend and advance progressive, democratic and patriotic ideals in the country.

Political parties under the umbrella of CAA included the Social Democratic Party, the Peoples Redemption Party, Fresh Democratic Party, Nigeria Advance Party, People’s Salvation Party, Change Advocacy Party, and United National Party for Development, Peoples Progressive Party and the Action Party of Nigeria.
