Abuja - The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State has been given a 15-day ultimatum to vacate the property it is using as state secretariat or face the wrath of the people of the state, reports Thisday.
The threat was handed down to the party on Monday by a youth group, the Mangrove Boys Brigade of Bayelsa State
The group alleged that the building that the party is using as its secretariat belonged to the state government.

To show its seriousness, the group said that it has officially written to President Muhammadu Buhari, urging him to direct the Timipre Sylva led APC in Bayelsa State to immediately vacate the building.
Spokesman for the group, Kingboy Joshua, said the letter to Buhari was against the backdrop of an earlier appeal to him to intervene in the matter, given the claim by the Sylva-led APC that APC’s staying at the secretariat was allegedly backed by the national leadership of the APC.
