Makurdi - Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last governorship election in Benue State, Terhemen Tarzoor, has vowed to approach the Court of Appeal following the judgment of the Benue State Election Petitions Tribunal that struck out his petition for lack of evidence, reports Thisday.
Tarzoor maintained that his petition was sound and premised on credible grounds.

Tarzoor in a statement by his media aide, Cornelius Hwuande, expressed optimism that the Appeal Court had a rich history of dispensing justice without fear or favour.
He enjoined PDP faithful across the state to remain resolute and hopeful of victory at the Appeal Court.
