Kano - To ensure that one of them emerges as the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari and Kano state governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso are set to collapsed their individual bids, reports Daily Trust.

Mukhtar Ishaq Yakasai, chairman Kwankwaso for Nigeria 2015 Project, said the decision was to prevent crisis in the APC over the ambition of the duo.
He noted that both candidates share the same qualities required of a president.
He said Kwankwas has agreed to support Buhari if he emerges as the party’s candidate while Buhari may also reciprocate the gesture if Kwankwaso emerges.
