Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday appealed to leaders of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to drop their differences in order for the party to achieve its campaigns manifestos, reports NewsDay.
President Buhari made the appeal while breaking Tuesday’s Ramadan fast with APC leaders at the New Banquet Hall of the State House, Abuja.

Apparently referring to the crisis rocking the party over the election of Bukola Saraki as Senate President and Yakubu Dogara as Speaker, Buhari urged the leaders to lay aside their differences and unite for the sake of the country.
Buhari recalled how the party surmounted many obstacles to emerge strong enough to dislodge the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He particularly commended Tinubu for his support and words of encouragement .
