Buhari, who spoke through his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, was reacting to last Thursday's press conference by the PDP caucus in the Senate, where they accused Buhari of not being sincere in his fight against corruption.
Buhari said he was surprised that such allegation was coming from respected and distinguished members of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He noted that as far as he is concern, corruption has no political party, no religion and no ethnic group.
He stated that he has not change his stance that whosoever is charged with corruption should face the law irrespective of whether they are members of the of All Progressives Congress (APC) , PDP, or any other political party.
