Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari has opened up on why he didn’t join the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) when he made up his mind to play partisan politics, reports Sun.
Buhari, who spoke to reporters in South Africa after attending the African Union (AU) summit , said he decided to pitch his tent with the opposition by joining the All Peoples Party (APP).

He noted that he would have joined the PDP if he was so desperate for power.
He stated that he would have gotten to where he is today much earlier if he had joined PDP.
He revealed that the demand of the people made him join partisan politics.
