Abuja - Hundreds of Peoples Democratic Party’s protesters from Delta State on Monday stormed the national secretariat of the party in Abuja.
The protesters under the aegis of of PDP Oshimili South Party Stakeholders were protesting against what they termed “injustice” in the running of party affairs in Delta state, reports Daily Trust.
The protesters, who were received by the party’s national head of administration, Gwaurama Bamar, carried placards and banners with inscriptions such as “we say no to injustice”.
The aggrieved members said they had to result to the protest since the national leadership of the party had failed to act on series of petitions they had written to it about the state of affairs of PDP in Delta State.
