Yenagoa - Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State on Monday berated some leaders of the state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Saturday, reports Thisday.
He described them as greedy and selfish politicians.
He stated that their defection was borne out of their desperation to be the governor of the state.
Dickson, who spoke at the National Security Summit 2015 in Abuja, noted that the defectors decamped to the APC because each of them wants to be governor and the PDP platform is not available.

The Governor insisted that he is firmly on the ground in the state, saying that many people in the state, who appreciate the achievements of his administration would on the election day, turn out enmasse and vote for him and the PDP.
