Abuja - Former minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nasir el-Rufai, ruffled feathers in the seat of government, when he described President Goodluck Jonathan as “docile” in a Tweet on Saturday, Punch reports.
El-Rufai, who is the Interim Deputy National Secretary of the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC), retweeted a picture on Lauretta Onochie’s, Twitter page, adding a message which read, “Many prayers of the lazy, docile, incompetent, clueless, hopeless and useless leader!”
The picture showed the President on his knees praying to God.
In reacting to the Tweet, Special Assistant to the President on New Media, Reno Omokri replied El-Rufais’ insults by calling him a “bitter” fellow.
Omokri questioned El-Rufai’s right to mock a person praying to God in his Tweet.
