Yenogoa - The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has suffered another major setback as one of the founding members of the party, Diekivie Ikiogha dumped the party for the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports Punch.
Kiogha, a former Chief of Staff to Gov. Seriake Dickson of Baylesa State left the PDP with thousands of his supporters.
