Kaduna - Many groups and individuals in Kaduna State have rejected the nomination of Amina Mohammed as a ministerial nominee from the state, reports NewsDay.
The group said they have serious objection to her nomination.as a minister from the state
They noted that Mohammed is not an indigene of Kaduna State but from Gombe State.

They accused Gov. Nasir el Rufai of trying to force non-indigenes over indigenes of the state.
The groups urged senators to reject her when she appears before them for screening.
They threatened to mobilize all the citizens of the state to embark on a protracted peaceful demonstration until her nomination was reversed.
Amina is currently the Special Adviser to the United Nations Secretary General on MDGs.
