Kaduna - Renowned Islamic Cleric, Sheik Ahmed Gumi, has urged former Head of State, Muhammadu Buhari, not to contest the 2015 presidential election, reports Premium Times.
Gumi in an open letter to Buhari noted that age is not on the side of the retired general and that politicians were only using him to get to power because of his popularity among the masses.
He urged him to support a younger person to run for the position.

He noted that a Buhari presidency would further divide the country and worsen the security challenges the country is presently facing.
