Abuja - Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has registered Action Group of Nigeria (AGN),as the newest political party in the country.
The party is being promoted by loyalists of former Governor of Ogun State, Olusegun Osoba, who broke away from the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports New Telegraph.

The certificate of registration would be issued to the party’s trustees before the end of this week in Abuja.
The party has already secured a secretariat in Abuja.
The decision of Osoba’s men to float a new party followed the leadership crisis rocking the APC in Ogun State, leading to the polarisation of the party into two camps.
