Osogbo - Amidst growing disapproval over the recent creation of additional 30000 polling units across the country by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the commission has said it may review the decision, reports The Nation.
Professor Lai Olurode,the commission's’ national commissioner for the South-West, said the electoral body is ready to review the decision if it becomes necessary.
He noted that the addition of the new polling units was done with good intention.

He maintained that the addition was aimed at making it easier for voters to cast their votes with a view to checkmate unnecessary queues at polling centres during elections.
