Abeokuta - The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday stormed the Ogun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abeokuta with over 70 000 materials used during the April 11, 2015 election in the state, reports NewsDay.
The used materials, which were conveyed to the tribunal in four INEC’s Hilux pick-up vans include ballot papers and electoral materials used for the poll.

The electoral materials were those used in nine out of the 20 local governments in the state.
The local governments include Abeokuta North, Abeokuta South, Ewekoro, Ifo, Obafemi/Owode, Ado-Odo/Ota, Odeda, Remo North and Sagamu.
The materials were brought to the tribunal at the instance of the petitioners – Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Gboyega Isiaka, who are challenging the re-election of Governor Ibikunle Amosun.
