Benin City - The All Progressives Congress (APC) on Tuesday lost one of its founding members, Tom Ikimi to the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), reports ThisDay.

Ikimi dumped the APC after the party’s leadership failed to address all the fundamental issues he raised concerning the party’s convention, which produced John Oyegun as the chairman of the party.
To register his protest and rejection of Oyegun as the chairman of the party, Ikimi has boycotted both the inaugural meetings of the party’s Board of Trustees and the National Executive Council.
