Jonathan denies agreeing to run for a single term

Abuja - President Goodluck Jonathan has denied that he signed an agreement to serve only a term in office, Premium Times reports.

Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Ahmed Gulak, dismissed as ‘frivolous allegation” the claim that the president agreed to quit office in 2015.

Niger state governor, Babangida Aliyu, had earlier warned that the president will breach terms he reached with the governors should he seek re-election.
