Kwankwaso officially declares presidential bid

Abuja - Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso of Kano Sate on Tuesday in Abuja formally declared his 2015 presidential bid, reports Channels TV.

Kwankwaso during the declaration said his crave to serve and save Nigeria motivated him to join the race.

Kwankwaso, who will be seeking to contest the 2015 presidential election under the platform of the all Progressives Congress (APC) noted that the clarion call of people in Nigeria and the diaspora motivated him to seek the opportunity to bear the flag of the party in the 2015 general elections.

With Kwankwaso’s declaration, the number of aspirants seeking to be APC’s standard bearer in the presidential election has risen to three.

The duo of former Head of State,Muhammadu Buhari and ex-vice president Atiku Abubakar, had earlier announced their bid to contest the election under the platform of APC.
