Lagos - The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress has rejected the partial distribution of the Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in some local government areas of the state, reports Leadership.
The party has threatened to boycott the collection exercise if INEC goes ahead with partial distribution of the cards in the state.
