Jos - Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State on Wednesday vowed that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will take all legal means to send his predecessor, Senator Jonah Jang, parking from the Senate, reports Thisday.
While addressing his supporters who besieged the Government House at Little Rayfield on Wednesday, following his victory at the tribunal, Lalong said he will not rest until the APC recover the mandate from his predecessor, who is representing Plateau-North on the platform of the PDP.
He said the party was in court because it was sure it won the election.

He said despite the fact that the election petition tribunal has upheld the victory of Jang in the March 28 National Assembly elections. the party was sure the Appeal Court would rule in its favour
Jang was declared winner after supposedly polling more votes to defeat the APC candidate, Eunice Sambo.
But his victory was challenged at the tribunal by the APC.
The, APC, however filed an appeal, challenging the decision of the tribunal.
