Abuja - Lobbying for positions of committee leadership may have begun in the House of Representatives, reports Thisday.
The private residence of the Speaker of the House, Yakubu Dogara in Abuja has turned to Mecca of sorts as lawmakers lobbying for positions have taken turns to pay courtesy calls on him.

Although, the visits are seen as courtesy calls, it was obvious the lawmakers had ulterior purposes as they demanded a private session with him.
The lawmakers are seeking inclusion in what they regard as juicy committees.
