Abuja - President Goodluck Jonathan has received a combined donation of N98million from Nigerians to enable him purchase the Peoples Democratic Party nomination form, reports NewsDay.
Reuben Abati, Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday.
The President is expected to pay N22 million for both the nomination fee and expression of interest form.

The highest donation came from the PDP Governors Forum and the Transformation Agenda of Nigeria (TAN).
They gave Jonathan N22million each.
President Goodluck Jonathan is expected to pick up the two forms on Thursday at the party's secretariat in Abuja.
