Yola - Ousted Adamawa State governor, Admiral Murtala Nyako (rtd) has said that he will return to his post since the state lawmakers did not follow the laid down procedures in impeaching him
To justify his position, he has already filed an appeal at the Appeal Court challenging his impeachment, reports Vanguard.
He said there were justifiable reasons to prove that he was unjustly sent packing from his office by his opponents, who breached all the rules all in their desperate bid to get him out.
