Lagos - President Goodluck Jonathan’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs, Doyin Okupe has described the emergence of former Head of State, Muhammadu Buhari as the flag-bearer of the All Progressive Congress( APC) as a fatal error, reports Premium Times.
He noted that the APC made a grave mistake in electing Buhari at a time Nigerians were clamouring for development and a dissociation from anything or anyone that has anything to do with the country’s past.

He said the APC has shot itself in the foot with the emergence of the former Head of State as its standard bearer in the 2015 presidential election because Nigerians don’t want somebody that would remind them of their gloomy history.
