Osogbo - The ruling on the competence of the petition filed by Iyiola Omisore, the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate in the August 9, Osun State governorship election on Monday suffered a temporary setback, reports Tribune.
The setback follows the absence of one of the judges who was indisposed.

Chairman of the panel, Justice Elizabeth Ekpejime had fixed Monday for ruling on the motion filed by Gov. Rauf Aregbesola challenging the jurisdiction of the panel to hear the petition against his victory at the poll.
