Akure - The Ondo State Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Akure on Wednesday dismissed six House of Assembly Petitions filled by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports New Telegraph.
The petitions were in respect of the April 11, 2015 Assembly elections held in the state.
The six petitions were dismissed on technical ground by the three man tribunal chaired by Justice Anthony Ogar.

Four of the petitions dismissed were filed by PDP candidates against four APC lawmakers in the state House of Assembly.
The tribunal also struck out two petitions of the APC candidates challenging the victory of two PDP state lawmakers.
