Abuja - Barring any last minute change of plans, the leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC) may pick Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State as the running mate to the party’s presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, reports NewsDay.
Oshiomhole’s choice follows the decision of the former Lagos State governor and national leader of the party, Bola Tinubu to drop his ambition to run with Buhari.

The party settled for Oshiomhole when the APC governors insisted that Buhari’s running should be chosen from amongst them.
Oshiomhole will be formally presented to a meeting of party leaders in Abuja on Monday.
