Abuja - The House of Representatives turned to a battle field on Tuesday as members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and All Progressive Congress(APC) argued over which party should hold leadership of the house, reports Premium Times
A federal court had on Monday barred the APC, despite its superior number, from taking over the leadership of the house.
Crisis erupted on Tuesday after the Minority Leader, Femi Gbajabiamila, who is from APC called the Deputy Majority Leader, Leo Ogor, “Deputy Minority Leader”.
The parties lobbied for new members to boost their numbers.
