Yola - With just two weeks before the Adamawa goverorship by-election,the Adamawa State chapter of the Peoples Democratic (PDP) has alleged that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is planning to rig the election, reports Punch.
Joel Madaki, state Chairman of the PDP said the APC has not been engaging the electorate constructively but was rather smearing the PDP candidate, Ahmadu Fintiri, who is also the state acting governor.

He said the APC by as its action must have something up its sleeves, which is possibly to rig the election in favour of its candidate.
He warned the APC not to challenge the outcome of the polls with frivolous petitions because it has failed to engage with the electorate fairly.
