Uyo - The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has accused the Department of State Security Services (DSS) of planning to upturn the Cross State governorship election won by Udom Emmanuel of the PDP, reports Punch.
The acting National Chairman of the party, Uche Secondus, who disclosed this on Tuesday, said the DSS had asked some of its officials to testify against the victory of Emmanuel at the Akwa Ibom Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal in Abuja.

He said the agency on the orders of the All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government was carrying out political coup in the state.
He, however, expressed confidence in the ability of the judiciary to do what is right.
