Two senior staff of two new generation banks called as witness by the PDP confirmed the lodgement of N8million and N7million into two separate accounts belonging to the REC on April 9.

According to the witnesses, only N23 000 was in the account before the money was paid.

However, the counsel to Gaidam described the allegation as baseless, saying the petitioner is only out to entertain the court.
