Abuja - The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has accused the Presidency of lying about assigning portfolios to all the ministerial nominees, reports Daily Independent.
The party noted that the Presidency was not telling Nigerians the truth regarding the status of the ministerial nominees.
Olisa Metuh, the party’s National Publicity Secretary, said Nigerians will soon know who is lying between President Muhammadu Buhari and one of his aides, over who gets what when the newly appointed ministers are sworn-in.

He urged Nigerians to be patient and wait for the President to swear in the ministers.
This according to him will afford Nigerians the opportunity of knowing the liar between the President and his media aide.
It will be recalled that President Buhari has said that not all the 36 ministers will get portfolios but will only sit in cabinet in order to meet the constitutional provisions which stipulates that each state of the federation must have a minister in the cabinet.
However, Buhari’s position was countered by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, who said the President will assign portfolios to all the 36 ministers.
