Abuja - Majority of members of the Board of Trustees and the National Executive Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have thrown their weight behind the aggrieved members of staff of the party, reports NewsDay.
The BoT and NEC members of the party expressed their support for the workers during their meeting with the aggrieved staff on Monday.

After listening to the workers, the BoT will likely recommend for the sacked staffers to undergo fresh screening in order to weed out those that are suspected to be moles in the party.
There has been a sharp disagreement between the national leadership and staff over plans to reduce the staff strength, their salaries and allowances by 50 per cent.
