Abuja - A fresh crisis is brewing in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) over which zone should produce the next Chairman of the party, reports The Sun
The North¬East and the South-West are now at loggerheads and have positioned candidates to take over the post.
The party has already zone the seat to the North- East, the zone that produced the former Chairman of the party, Adamu Mu'azu.

The South- West is, however, angling to take over the position since the PDP is expected to zone its presidential ticket to the North in 2019.
There are other camps in the party who would want the acting Chairman of the party, Uche Secondus to continue as the substantive National Chairman.
