Abuja - Tuesday’s defection of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) has forced the leadership of the PDP to hurriedly arrange a meeting with principal officers and its members in the House.
The meeting is to determine the consequences and fate of the Tambuwal after the defection, reports NewsDay.
Olisah Metuh, the party’s National Publicity Secretary said the party would make its position known regarding the development after the meeting.
