PDP opposes Oyinlola’s bid for reinstatement

Abuja - The PDP has opposed an application in which its sacked National Secretary, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, asked the court to reverse its sack from office, Punch reports.

The Abuja Federal High Court had on January 11, 2013 held that Oyinlola was not fit to occupy the position of National Secretary of the party.

PDP held that the ex-governor’s application for a stay of execution of the judgment was belated.
