Lafia - Members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State have concluded plans to stage a mega rally in the state capital against Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura.
The rally is to protest against the clean bill of health given to the governor by the panel set up to investigate impeachment proceedings against him for gross misconduct, reports ThisDay.

The planned rally which has the support of the top echelon of the party is expected to hold on Thursday in Lafia,
A former governor of the state and a top ranking member of President Goodluck Jonathan’s government have been fingered as the brain behind the planned rally.
The governor, has, however accused the PDP of trying to cause chaos and destabilize the state since attempts through the panel appeared to have failed.
