Abuja - The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday said it would not offer automatic tickets to Governors Seriake Dickson and Idris Wada of Bayelsa and Kogi States respectively, reports Daily Trust.
The two governors are seeking a second-term on the platform of the party in the governorship election in their respective states.

Olisa Metuh, PDP’s National Publicity Secretary, said the two governors would not be given automatic tickets to run but must participate in the party’s primary elections.
He insisted that the two governors must pass through the PDP primary election later in the year.
The PDP had previously been granting automatic tickets to its governors seeking second terms in office.
