Lagos - The Lagos State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has called on Governor Akinwunmi Ambode to probe his immediate predecessor, Babatunde Fashola, reports Punch.
The party in a statement on Sunday denied sponsoring groups to attack the former governor in order to nail him.
The statement signed by the party’s state Publicity Secretary, Gani Taofik, noted that the recent revelation relating to alleged fraud during Fashola’s administration has vindicated the PDP’s persistent stance that the Fashola administration was a fluke.
