PDP zones principal offices in NASS

Abuja - The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has zoned the eight principal offices in both chambers of the National Assembly to various geo-political zones in the country, reports New Telegraph.

The party has zoned the Senate Minority Leader to South- South while the North Central will produce Minority Whip.

The North East will produce the Senate Deputy Minority Leader while the position of Senate Deputy Minority Whip has been zoned to South West .

For the House of Representatives, the party has accepted the the choice of the members who has already chosen Hon. Leo Ogor from South- South as Minority Leader.

The positions of Minority Whip, Deputy Minority Whip and Deputy Minority Leader in the House were zoned to North West, North East and South East, respectively.

The party has mandated the various caucuses to fill the positions within one week.
