Lagos - Despite the intervention of the national leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the crisis rocking the Lagos State chapter of the party shows no sign of abating, reports Punch.
Some aggrieved executive members of the party in the state have dismissed the vote of confidence passed on the embattled chairman, Tunji Shelle by some members of the executives last Thursday.

The aggrieved members, 35 in number have again petitioned the National Working Committee the second time seeking the removal of Shelle..
They accused Shelle of misappropriation of funds and high-handedness in the management of the party’s affairs among other issues.
Acting Chairman Lagos PDP, Kamaldeen Olorunoje, said Shelle remained suspended.
