The new date is expected to be announced on Monday.
The decision to postpone the declaration, according to a member of the Media and Publicity sub-committee of the Presidential Declaration Committee, is to bring all Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stakeholders on board following the internal wrangling within the party over tickets for various positions in the 2015 elections.
