Lagos - Members of the Executive Council of the Rivers State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are the United States for a two-week intensive capacity building workshop.
The State PDP Exco, which State Chairman, Prince Felix Obuah, led, would during the training be taken through the rudiments of maintaining a strong, dominant and virile party, as well as sustaining a massive party followership, good governance and leadership.
Obuah, before leaving the country, on behalf of other participants, expressed appreciation for the good and sensitive leadership qualities of the leader of the Party in the State, and Minister of Education, Nyesom Wike.
Wike provided a conducive environment and transparent leadership to enable them embark on the programme, Obuah said.
He also assured the teeming members of the ruling party in the state to continue to keep faith in the party as it was poised to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.
